Ingredienti
  

  • 1 bread pack of sandwiches
  • some black olives stoned for decoration
  • some wooden skewers

For red pepper cream

  • 100 g of sweet and sour red pepper drained on paper towels
  • 100 g of tuna in oil drained on paper towels
  • q.s. sweet paprika q.s.

For green sauce

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlich
  • A few tablespoon of mayonnaise

For egg souce

  • 2 shelled boiled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • A few tablespoon of mayonnaise

For olive past

  • 100 g of black olives pitted and drained on paper towels
  • A few tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation red pepper cream

  • Whisk all the ingredient until you have a smooth sause of pink - orange

Preparation green sauce

  • Whisk all the ingredient until you have a smooth sause of green

Preparation egg souse

  • Whisk all the ingredient until you have a smooth sause of yellow

Preparation olive paste

  • Whisk all the ingredient until you have a smooth sause of black

Preparation of rolled bread

  • Flatten with a rolling -pin a slice of bread of sandwiches, spread with a sause and roll up the slice starting from one of the short sides. Wrap up with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Spread each slice with a different sauce and place the rolls in the fridge. When ready to serve, cut rolls in half-centimeter slices and serve.

Roll bread skewers
